We are proud to support the communities in which we work and live.
It is our honor and responsibility to give back to our communities. With passion and pride, we support our communities by helping to feed those who struggle to do so on a daily basis. After all, we believe everyone should have a chance at a more prosperous and sustainable future. We believe that community support begins at the local level, and we leverage the full weight of our company’s resources to achieve positive outcomes and effect change. Moreover, our support is not limited to cash, or in-kind donations. We are committed to organizing team events — whether it’s serving meals in a food kitchen, packing care packages for the holidays, working local food banks, or partnering with local and national nonprofits.

COMPANY MATCHING CONTRIBUTIONS
Sauer Brands is proud to offer our employees a company matching contributions program. As of today we have matched over $12,000 in support of team member donations to feed the disadvantaged, provide food to underserved markets, and to help reduce food waste so that the disadvantaged and underserved can be served.
OUR Principles
We support organizations that feed the disadvantaged, provide food to underserved markets, help reduce food waste, and address structural and systemic imbalances in food distribution systems.
We participate in team events that make a visible show of support for our causes. This includes serving meals in a food kitchen, packing care packages for the holidays, working with local food banks, and partnering with organizations such as Feeding America and Rise against Hunger.
We leverage all of our resources and always act in accordance with our core values of Integrity, Creativity, Executional Excellence and Teamwork.
